Mechanical Renewable Plant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Renewable Plant Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring the market to identify the best solutions in terms of solar trackers and wind turbine generators, staying up-to-date with technological advancements and materials. They will simulate different plant configurations, optimize costs and schedules, and prepare and update a database with materials and construction costs. The specialist will also be aware of the best technical solutions in renewable energy plants and green H2, NH3 plants, prepare MR and WR, evaluate offers from the market, and prepare Inspection Test Plans relevant to the mechanical portion of the supply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a degree in Energy / Mechanical Engineering, relevant experience in Green Power Plants (Solar / Wind, H2, NH3 green projects), and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in renewable EPC Projects. They must also possess strong IT skills, fluency in English, and a problem-solving attitude.

The selected candidate will support the Planner in preparing project schedules, the Field Engineering Manager in defining alternative solutions, and the Project Control Manager in preparing progress data. They will also support the constructability analysis, follow-up, and support the Construction department in identifying construction sequences to reduce schedule and costs.
