HSPI, a management consulting company and part of the TXT Group, for the Rome office and expansion of the team on compliance issues is looking for resources to be included in the role of Consultant for Governance, Risk & Compliance activities.
The placement can be considered either at HSPI's Rome offices or at the ones in Bologna and Cologno Monzese.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Client in the definition and revision of Management Systems, defined according to ISO standards (e.g.: ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO22301...) and Control Systems based on regulations and/or Client's processes and procedures.
- Perform and support internal audit activities, according to a reference standard or framework based on industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate in defining models and performing Risk Analysis activities.
- Collaborate in drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate in the delivery of specialized training courses.
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in defining Management Systems according to ISO standards (e.g., ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO22301, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience of audit techniques.
- Experience in defining Risk Analysis.
- Experience in drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of and experience in delivering training courses.
- Good knowledge of English and perfect knowledge of Italian, both spoken and written.
Certifications in the area of Lead Auditor 27001/22301/9001/37001, knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Java, etc.) and experience in coordinating a project team will be considered as a plus.
Profile includes organizational autonomy, goal orientation, and ability to manage relationships with different types of stakeholders.
