Graduate trust & safety operations manager

Responsibilities

  • Enhance user safety – Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns, study compliance, and integrate regulatory requirements into products loved by millions.
  • Implement our Trust & Safety framework – Adapt best practices to product‑specific risks and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to embed safety into features.
  • Cooperate with moderation teams – Clarify evolving policies, streamline moderation processes, and handle critical or sensitive escalations.

The selection process
