As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail/phone calls.

Requirements

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
• Customer‑Centric or Sales Attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills
