Role Overview
We are looking for German-speaking Seller Customer Service Agents to support sellers on a global digital platform. This role combines customer service and sales awareness, helping sellers succeed by providing guidance, support, and solutions connected to business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support sellers via inbound and outbound interactions
Assist with account-related queries, tools, and platform usage
Provide guidance to help sellers improve performance and results
Apply sales awareness to influence seller success
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Meet service quality and performance targets
Schedule
Monday to Sunday
Shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotational)
2 rotational days off
Requirements
German + English fluency
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Customer Service / Customer Support
Telesales
Account Management
Customer Success
Business development–related roles
Sales mindset and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
