Role Overview

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who knows how to win in complex enterprise sales. You’ll be working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our Country Manager in Italy, signing collaborations, expanding accounts, and creating long‑term value for some of the largest enterprises in the Italian market. It's not about selling features—it’s about selling vision, transformation, and first‑mover advantage in a space that every enterprise will soon be racing into.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic accounts, building and managing relationships with Wonderful’s enterprise clients
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision‑makers to align Wonderful’s products with clients' business goals
  • Drive product adoption and maximize client success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to help improve our product and shape upcoming features
  • Turn customer feedback into product direction, influencing roadmap and solution design
  • Expand Wonderful’s footprint by opening new doors and landing new enterprise customers

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of Account Management experience in a consumption‑based company, or
  • 6+ years of experience in a top‑tier consulting firm, or start‑up, or large software companies
  • At least 1 year working in the local market
  • Proven sales track record
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken
  • Experience in a startup in a hyper‑growth stage – a big plus
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Strong strategic thinking and relationship management skills
