Campari IT is organized around Global & Regional/Local layers, the Enterprise Architecture (EAT), Platforms (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Data), the Global Service Delivery Team, Governance and PMO, Business Development and five Center of Expertise (CoE) – Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR (Back Office).

The IT competency centers (CoE-Center of Expertise) are accountable for the development of an IT strategy for their functional area aligned to the overall Campari business objectives and requirements for business capabilities. The Platforms are responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the IT applications according to business requirements provided by CoE’s and guidelines defined by EAT.

General Description of the Role

The Global IT Expert Master Data Technology is responsible for the MDM technology in the IT landscape enabling capability for the organization and working closely with other IT and business teams. The Global IT Expert Master Data Technology will be responsible to design and deliver the most appropriate master data solutions and continuously improve the current IT landscape, as well as to coordinate the major innovation projects and activities in scope, ensuring the best designing and implementation of each MDM domain. The role is a key component of the Campari Group ONE IT organization, cooperating with Global, Regional and Local IT team Members. Innovation and problem solving are key, along with ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working and commitment.

The Global IT Expert Master Data Technology will report to Global IT Sr. Manager Data Platform

Mission/Objectives

The role is focused on managing MDM technology to support the strategic evolution of Master Data processes and governance in Supplier, Customer and Product domains, ensuring that the tech ecosystem is delivered through project excellence via solution best practices and the MDM Principles set forth by the Enterprise Architecture.

Campari has undertaken a long-term program for MDM transformation with a strong partnership of the IT and GBS functions that will ensure the process evolution supported by MDM technology that is a crucial asset to cleans, enriches, and standardizes master data ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and consistent across an organization. The role is essential for guaranteeing a MDM hub for high-quality data across entities, which improves the effectiveness, consistency, and reliability of data for improved decision making, accurate reporting and analysis, and compliance with local regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • The Global IT Expert Master Data Technology is a crucial role and will support the project team to provide periodic status update with several stakeholders and will collaborate for the SteerCo preparation in partnership with GBS function
  • Is responsible for advising stakeholders and translating business requirements into designs for secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
  • Is responsible for master data architecture, operation, monitoring and master data security
  • Will partner with other IT teams to implement end-to-end solutions, especially with SAP Platform, Integration Platform, Data Platform and other IT COEs
  • Will be responsible for coordinating internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver and maintain technology landscape

Experience & Education

  • A 5-7 year experience of which at least 3 in similar role, and in working with 3rd party integrators/consultancy and providing architecture solutions and guidelines.
  • Proven experience in building MDM solutions using at least one of the main technology stacks, i.e. STIBO, SAP MDG, Informatica
  • Experience of MDM in conjunction with an SAP ecosystem is a plus
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-cultural and geographically dispersed team. · Preferred experience of Consumer Goods companies and related solutions and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Systems Engineering or similar professions.
  • Fluent English is a must, Italian knowledge is a plus
