About The Job

The intern will be placed within the E‑Commerce Department and will support the assigned tutor in all department‑related activities, actively participating and receiving on‑the‑job training. Working alongside the tutor, the intern will be involved in Marketing & Sales and encouraged to contribute ideas and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the entire e‑Commerce team in daily operations
  • Work in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Lead & Head of eCommerce
  • Assist in creating digital communication assets (product pages, brand stores, banners, etc.) in collaboration with brand teams, science team and external agencies
  • Manage, monitor, analyze, and update the digital shelf tool on KPIs related to assortment, content, experience, and search
  • Verify the right implementation of core assortment strategy in the country
  • Upgrade the content strategy based on consumer expectations and tech‑advanced partners to improve SEO
  • Monitor, analyze and build recommendations to optimize ROI & conversion
  • Verify the SEA strategy implementation at e‑retailer level
  • Apply best‑in‑class standards from the region and share best practices across the regional e‑Commerce community
  • Communicate effectively, employ organizational skills, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking

About You

  • Experience: Previous short‑term work experience in digital marketing or related fields; exposure to multicultural and multinational environments; proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams; strong time management and high‑quality delivery.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills. Enthusiastic about the digital world and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Education: Graduate or final‑year master’s student in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
  • Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English.
