Operation Hse Specialist (D / f / m)

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity.

As the Operation HSE Specialist, you will manage daily activities at the Campus as the HSE frontline. You will collaborate with Operation Leaders and teams to reduce and manage operational risks. You will be responsible for strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.

In this role, you will be :

• Supporting Campus HSE surveillance and monitoring (H&S and Environmental) performance
• Supporting the deployment of Safety Talks and managing Concerns / IDEAS
• Revising JSA and conducting Non-Routine Activities Risk Assessments
• Managing Change (MOC) follow-up
• Conducting environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise)
• Supporting HSE digital tool management and organizational learning from Normal Operations
• Acting as the Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point on the shop floor
• Overseeing HSE compliance and supervision of Contractors
