Our internships provide insights into processes, systems, and practices aligned to meet customer needs through flawless execution and cutting-edge technology.

Partner with the best

You will participate in focused training, team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager to ensure a valuable learning experience. Coaching and mentoring will help you complete assignments and develop your skills.

You will also familiarize yourself with Baker Hughes' Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and our culture, including our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As an intern, you will be responsible for:

1. Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
2. Learning internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact with global business leaders.
4. Applying HSE standards and procedures to ensure compliance.

Fuel your passion

To succeed in this role, you should:

1. Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM/business-related fields.
2. Have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent).
3. Be fluent in English, with effective communication skills.
4. Be legally authorized to work in the country of application without sponsorship or restrictions.
