Simundia is a digital coaching platform designed to tackle HR challenges and boost employee engagement, focusing on managerial performance, well‑being, happiness, and DEI. Our coaching programs have delivered a largely positive ROI for enterprises, mid‑size companies, and scale‑ups. Tens of thousands of coachees have benefited, and we are expanding internationally, recently launching in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Simundia’s growth by creating new sales opportunities for the Italian market.
  • Design your own commercial strategy and activate outbound and inbound sales channels.
  • Identify potential customers based on a good understanding of the market (lead generation).
  • Conduct business prospecting via email, phone, and events.
  • Set sales appointments with HR managers, executives, and startup CEOs.
  • Manage the business relationship and conduct negotiations until closing the deal.
  • Organize and participate in trade fairs and events for clients.
  • Occasionally support other tasks such as product development, offer development, sales methods, product fitting, and account management.

Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or consulting, with in‑depth knowledge of the ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and persuade.
  • A strong ambition to contribute to the mission of democratizing coaching.
  • A willingness to learn, adaptability, and a growth‑mindset that fosters feedback.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and a love for ownership.
  • Experience handling complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
  • A team spirit and a love for challenges.

Languages

  • French is a plus.
