Our client in Monterey Park, California is looking for Processing Specialist II workers. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively as a team player, and basic problem-solving skills, which will align successfully with the organization.

Processing Specialist II

Location : Monterey Park, CA

Pay Range : 17.00 / hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform complex sorting and decision-making of non-standard or rejected transactions
• Operate high-speed mail extraction and scanning equipment (e.g., I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30 / 40 / 50 / 51 / 150, Falcon)
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning
• Maintain performance output in accordance with department standards
• Assist with training when needed

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and make decisions
• Ability to work well independently and with others
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
