Asset Manager - Italia

Un'importante realtà operante nel settore delle energie rinnovabili è alla ricerca di un Asset Management Lead per guidare e coordinare le attività di gestione tecnica ed economica di un ampio portafoglio di impianti. La figura, rispondendo direttamente all'Head of Asset Management, avrà un ruolo chiave nella supervisione delle attività operative e nella valorizzazione degli asset, contribuendo alla crescita sostenibile dell'azienda.

Responsabilità principali :

1. Coordination of all Asset Management activities, ensuring the achievement of technical and economic performance of the plants.
2. Supervision of O&M (Operation & Maintenance) activities, ensuring effective coordination of services to maximize production and revenues.
3. Implementation of corporate Health and Safety policies, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best industry practices.
4. Application of the company’s ESG strategy, ensuring adherence to modern standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, O&M contractors, service providers, and other strategic actors, developing a performance-oriented Supply Chain strategy.
6. Representing the company with external stakeholders such as authorities, investors, offtakers, and local communities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with proven portfolio management.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction, management, and maintenance of renewable energy plants.
• Experience in contract management and contractor coordination.
• Ability to interface with technical authorities, utilities, network operators, and offtakers.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing diverse cultural stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
