Your Responsibilities

• Support Italian‑speaking clients through various communication channels, addressing their travel inquiries and assisting with bookings
• Deliver tailored travel advice on packages, destinations, and accommodations that meet specific client needs
• Design and customize travel itineraries that reflect individual client interests and preferences
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Log and maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system for efficient follow‑up
• Remain knowledgeable about current travel trends and popular destinations to provide relevant recommendations

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is desirable
• Background in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred
• A true passion for travel and a solid understanding of diverse travel destinations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to efficiently address and resolve customer issues with positive solutions
• Experience with CRM systems and standard office software applications
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
