Assistant Store Manager – Meat Crew

Meat Crew is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the operational management of our store and grow with us in a young, ambitious, and authentically American brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the team and daily activities.
• Contribute to training and motivating the crew.
• Ensure operations align with Meat Crew standards (quality, service, cleanliness).
• Collaborate on managing orders, stock and cost control.
• Serve as a role model: practical attitude, service spirit and customer experience focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant industry or operational coordination roles.
• Desire to grow, learn and take responsibility.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and outcome focus.
• Team spirit, energy, flexibility and willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
