Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for delivering the highest quality of our Integrated Facility Services(IFS), Real Estate/Workplace (WEX/RE) and Site Sustainability (SS). The aim is to provide seamless, safe, inspirational, and efficient workplaces and services created and managed in the most sustainable way possible that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.
The purpose of this position is to ensure strategic business partnering to deliver OneFREM business support to Tetra Pak operational business units within the FREM Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) area.
The Senior FREM Business Partner is responsible for managing EMEA regional & South Europe area business partnering & coordination. Key result areas include business stakeholder satisfaction, EMEA regional IFS budget control & reporting, Regional collaborator partnering, operational reporting to production Business leadership EMEA, regional issue & escalation resolution, project budget scoping & execution, operational excellence & cost optimization, standardization, compliance & quality, innovation, sustainability & service experience.
The area of responsibility is managed in close cooperation with our strategic facility service partners towards internal stakeholders on both tactical and strategic level to ensure high quality and innovative and efficient service experience solutions.
This position will ideally be based primarily in Modena, Italy or within reasonable commuting distance of these locations. You will report to the Director of Integrated Facility Solutions who is based in Sweden but operates globally. You will be accountable for the 5 Business partners areas, including own geography from a financial perspective reporting to the IFS Director. You will manage operational reporting to EMEA Key Stakeholders covering all 5 areas including own geography.
You will be travelling up to a maximum of 10-15 % of the time across the geographical area of responsibility and occasional Global travel.
To be successful in this role you need to need to have a solution-oriented approach excel in stakeholder management, external FM partnering and communication, all in a collaborative and professional manner in accordance with Tetra Pak policy, strategy and the targets within the Facility, Real Estate /Workplace and Sustainability.
You would need to be a change agent that can operate in a complex matrix environment as well as to be a structured and pragmatic person.
Service orientation and communication is paramount for this position, so you are a customer centric person with a strong drive for results.
Excellent command of English is a must, both written and verbal.
