Supply & Demand Planner

Overview

You’ll join a team as the point of contact for demand and supply planning needs. You’ll develop, deliver and report on detailed demand plans that strike a fine balance between satisfying customer wants and needs, and aligning with our global strategy. You are a team player with the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced work environment. You’ll work closely with a diverse group of colleagues to build plans that all of our departments buy into. Your approach will consider budget, product and factory constraints while maximizing positive results for all key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and manage the planning calendar with related departments.
• Build your knowledge of forecast drivers by interacting with buying, sales, marketing and finance teams.
• Review historical sales trends to prepare forecast data and evaluate future results.
• Translate the demand plan into an effective supply plan.
• Regularly communicate with our global head office and liaise with support teams where needed. Support any other tasks that may be necessary and requested.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with supply chain and sales processes.
• Proficiency in forecasting, and understanding of its financial implications.
• Outstanding analytical, planning and inventory control skills.
• Knowledge of SAP/FMS, A3, Informatica, Qlik Sense, APL Logistics is preferred.
• Advanced experience with MS Excel.
