The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the store’s overall performance, ensuring sales, service, and operational goals are met.
  • Inspire and develop a close‑knit team to provide a seamless and personalised client experience.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
  • Oversee all store operations including rostering, cash handling, stock control, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate flexibility around peak and off‑peak trading periods.
  • Liaise effectively with the Cluster Manager and wider leadership team, sharing insights and opportunities.
