Construction Manager

What you’ll do

Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress control. Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timelines. Act as the main point of contact with the client and project stakeholders.

• Review and approve change orders, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project costs, subcontractor payments, and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulations.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
