Executive Financial Director

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and drive financial strategy for our company.

About the Role :

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
• Manage cash flows and optimize liquidity to support business growth.
• Develop strong banking relationships and secure funding opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with tax advisors and authorities to ensure compliance with fiscal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and secure grants and incentives to support green transition projects.

Requirements :

• 7+ years of senior finance experience in an industrial company.
• Proficient in financial modeling and budgeting.
• Strong banking connections and funding experience.
• Proficient in Italian and EU financial / tax regulations.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Industry experience in drilling and related engineering services.
