Main Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique, including tidying displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a boutique or luxury environment, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
