Job Description:

SpazioDati, part of the Cerved Group, is reshaping how organizations access, analyze, and utilize information. We are based in Italy, and our mission is to empower businesses by transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel decision-making and innovation. With a rich history of building innovative solutions, like Atoka, we’re dedicated to delivering top-tier data solutions to our clients. At SpazioDati, you’ll find a collaborative environment where we prioritize continuous learning, creativity, and impact. We’re not just about data; we’re about making data meaningful.

Front-end Engineer

As a Front-End Engineer at SpazioDati, you’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for building web products that deliver large volumes of data to our users in an intuitive, accessible, and engaging way. You will tackle the challenges of designing effective user interfaces that make advanced AI technologies easy to understand and interact with. Your work will focus on creating seamless and dynamic experiences for our own products, which leveragecutting-edge AI to unlock new insights. We use a modern stack including React, TypeScript, and Django/Next.js, ensuring high-quality code with tools like Jest, RTL, and Puppeteer. If you're excited about shaping the future of data and AI in a user-friendly way, we’d love to have you join our team.

Requirements

you have a B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

you are familiar with React and modern testing frameworks

you have a basic understanding of Python and know web frameworks like Django and/or Next.js.

you are passionate about code quality, with experience in continuous integration, testing, code reviews, linters and modern DX.

you are a quick-thinker, a problem-solver, who feels comfortable in writing code

you are self-organized and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

you have a working knowledge of the Italian language, or are willing to learn it

As a company that is constantly evolving and innovating, we cannot predict which new technologies will emerge in the future, but we are excited to explore them. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and ready to help us discover and adopt cutting-edge solutions

While this role offers a high degree of flexibility and remote work options, we’re looking for someone who either lives in Italy or is excited about moving here.

How to apply

Please make sure to include:

Your CV (any format is fine).

An introduction explaining why you'd like to take this position, what you expect and what you believe you could bring to the team. We would like to hear what you really think, in your own words, and not something trite and generic written with Gen AI.

If possible, include a github account, some code you've written, an open source project you contributed to, or at least a link to your work that you like (it doesn't matter if it's completely unrelated like a videogame, an art project or whatever else).

Precedence will be given to applications that meet these criteria.
