Job Description

The ideal candidate will be inserted in a team that deals with ordinary and extraordinary building maintenance on buildings and will perform the following tasks:

  • Ripristino of plaster, masonry, thresholds, zoccolature, cordoli, massetti
  • Work on cartongesso walls: realization, rasatura, stuccatura and finitura
  • Rifacimento and repair of floors and ceramic, cement or stone coatings
  • Realization of small masonry works for plant support (e.g. opening/closing of electrical and hydraulic plant traces)
  • Maintenance on roofs, gutters, downspouts, skylights
  • Localized interventions on deteriorated massetti, sealings and technical stuccoes
  • Use of traditional and electric building tools (demolition hammer, sander, drill, mixer)

Requirements

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the role, in the maintenance or restructuring field
  • Ability to work independently on small and medium interventions
  • Excellent manual skills and precision in finishes
  • Knowledge of materials and traditional and lightweight construction techniques (cartongesso, technical mortars, silicones)
  • Habit of working in operating environments (offices, hospitals, factories)
  • Ability to interact with other technical teams (electricians, plumbers, HVAC)
  • Driver's license B - availability for daily trips with company vehicle
  • Preferable possession of certificates for work at heights, DPI III category, PLE

Working Conditions

Full-time with a schedule of 07:30/08:00 - 16:30/17:00 with 1 hour of break - Multiservizi

Remuneration: 22-27K gross per year
