Job Description

Enfinity Global is looking for a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team and provide expert guidance on complex contractual matters across our international renewable energy projects. This role will be pivotal in safeguarding the company’s interests while enabling successful project execution. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure that all agreements are strategically sound, legally compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate development, procurement, and construction contracts (EPC), operations and maintenance (O&M) and services agreements, and related project documentation.
  • Advise on risk allocation, compliance, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project teams during bidding, negotiation, and execution phases.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with local and international laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Project Management) and external parties.
  • Manage claims, disputes, and variations under project contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of contract templates and processes.

Qualifications

  • Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
  • 7+ years of experience in contract law, with a focus on EPC agreements in the energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy projects and IPP business models.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
