You’ll work at the intersection of operations and safety, shaping the future of workplace health while delivering real-time solutions that protect our people.
In this role, you’ll serve as the site’s safety facilitator, orchestrating the Global WHS Program, partnering with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operations, and using data-driven insights to reduce risk and enhance productivity. You’ll lead comprehensive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies. Leadership is central to this role, including building and developing a high-performing WHS team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets. Base pay ranges from $84,800/year to $155,500/year, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
