Junior Legal Support

As Junior Legal Support you will support legal department in all daily activities.

We want you to

• Analyze legal compliance with company procedures
• Ensure compliance with antitrust regulations
• Manage litigation involving customers
• Handle dealers’ insolvency and pre‑insolvency proceedings
• Maintain relationships with the dealers’ network
• Draft and review contracts and agreements for various business functions
• Provide legal assistance on antitrust matters and Legislative Decree 231
• Support pre‑litigation management, litigation, and insolvency proceedings in coordination with external law firms
• Assist with legal reporting activities

About you

• University Degree (Law)
• 1-2 years’ experience in related position
