Responsabilities

The Project Manager is responsible to ensure QCD target of the Project assigned.

He/She manages relationships with the client, having the responsibility of economic and financial result of the Project assigned.

The PMreports to the Site Tender & Project Manager of the Site

Key Network & Links

Internal: Project Team ( for example: engineering, quality, finance, sourcing, manufacturing, ecc..)

External: Supplier; customer

Performance Measurement

  • QCD commitments achievement
  • Risks and Savings management

Responsabilities:

Quality

To ensure quality of the project between quality of product (technical performance) and respecting DFQ standard Alstom Process. To ensure that procedures are fully applied.

Cost

Defines and updates the risk and opportunities of the Project (RAMP & SAMP).

Evaluates and propose actions to manage the risk.

Identify and minimize all risks and maximize savings.

Delivery

Ensure the performance of the system project through Gate Reviews Go on Time/ Contractual dates.

Manage integrated planning (engineering and production) on project

Qualifications

  • Project management background
  • Relevant work experience in industrial companies, railways business background will be a plus
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Degree in economics or engineering
  • Availability to travel (20% of the working time)
