Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Grassobbio (BG)

Grafton Office* is a dedicated team focusing on the experience, skills and potential of candidates in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Purchasing and Office Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with HR Business Partners on the full selection process.
  • Publish job postings on dedicated portals and recruiting channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone, online and in-person interviews.
  • Organise and manage individual and group interviews.
  • Maintain constant communication with candidates, external providers (Agencies, Head Hunters) and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruiting KPIs and propose optimisation solutions.
  • Support HR colleagues in onboarding new hires.

Requirements:

  • University degree in humanities, psychology, human resources or related fields.
  • 6 months experience in recruiting or selection.
  • Excellent mastery of English (C1).
  • Good command of the Office Package.
  • Strong communication, organisational and relational skills, proactive, result-oriented and autonomous.

Offer:
