- Publish job postings on dedicated portals and recruiting channels.

- Maintain constant communication with candidates, external providers (Agencies, Head Hunters) and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs and propose optimisation solutions.
- Support HR colleagues in onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
- University degree in humanities, psychology, human resources or related fields.
- 6 months experience in recruiting or selection.
- Excellent mastery of English (C1).
- Good command of the Office Package.
- Strong communication, organisational and relational skills, proactive, result-oriented and autonomous.
