About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on building strong teams for our operations in Italy. In this role, you will manage recruitment across a wide range of profiles—from blue-collar operational roles in our logistics and distribution center to office-based professional and leadership positions. This diversity makes the role both challenging and rewarding, requiring flexibility, creativity, and strong stakeholder management skills. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience while delivering efficient and high-quality recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both operational (blue-collar) and office-based roles, from intake meetings to offer stage.
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with hiring managers at all levels, from warehouse supervisors to senior leaders, to define role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing & outreach: Identify and engage talent across different markets and skill levels, using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, local channels, job fairs, and community outreach.
  • Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey for all applicants, adapting communication and process to fit the role type and profile.
  • Employer branding: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice in Italy across both operational and professional talent pools.
  • Market expertise: Stay up to date with Italian labor market trends, including blue-collar talent availability, competitor practices, and legal compliance.
  • Process optimization: Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and reporting to make hiring smarter and faster.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally across both blue-collar and office-based roles.
  • Solid knowledge of the Italian labor market, local hiring channels, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Your are available for 32 hours per week.
