As the core driver for your designated market, you will leverage our proven Tier‑1 product portfolio, formidable project pipeline, and comprehensive lifecycle solutions to develop and deepen relationships with key clients and partners, solidifying Rely EZ's position as the preferred energy storage solutions provider.
Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for your designated region.
Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities across diverse customer segments, including IPPs, VPPs, Investors, Project Owners, Grid Operators, major System Integrators, EPCs, and Distributors.
Leverage our strong project pipeline and financing solutions (e.g., construction period bridge loans, PPA support) to accelerate project closure.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of local market trends, policies, regulatory landscapes, and customer needs.
Skillfully use our Bloomberg NEF Tier‑1 status and Black & Veatch bankability report as powerful tools to build trust with investors, IPPs, and financial institutions.
Tailor our value proposition for different customer segments and application scenarios.
Establish long‑term, trust‑based strategic partnerships with top‑tier local system integrators, EPCs, and distributors.
Develop and manage a channel partner network to expand market coverage.
Maintain close relationships with financial institutions and investors to facilitate project financing.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of business development or sales experience in the renewable energy or energy storage sector, with a proven track record of success in the target market (Italy / Spain / Germany / UK / Thailand / Indonesia).
Experience working with key customer groups such as IPPs, investors, and grid operators, with a strong network of contacts.
Deep understanding of energy storage technologies, application scenarios, market dynamics, and business models.
Familiar with the bankability requirements of energy storage projects and a deep appreciation for the importance of third‑party authoritative certifications (e.g., Bloomberg NEF Tier‑1) to project success.
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical value (e.g., liquid‑immersion cooling safety, lifecycle revenue) to clients with diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and the local language.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, results‑oriented, and able to work independently to drive growth in a fast‑paced environment.
