Manpower, in collaboration with ANAS, offers a unique opportunity to join a leading infrastructure company. With a workforce of 6,800 employees, ANAS manages 32,000 km of roads and highways and, since 2018, is proudly part of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, continuing to innovate and grow in road and railway works.

The selected professional will serve as Director of Works, responsible for directing contract execution and managing and coordinating the execution of works, ensuring compliance with company procedures and technical regulations.

Responsabilità Principali

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Works Direction Office.
• Ensure transparency, simplification and information technology efficiency in contract management and accounting.
• Guarantee prequalification and acceptance of materials, components and parts of the work in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Carry out activities pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 and the government decree 49/2018.
• Design interventions outlined in the company’s plans and programs, including technical variation reports.
• Serve as Safety Coordinator during Design and Execution phases in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Requisiti Richiesti

• Title of Study: Master’s degree or specialized Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental & Territorial Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Works Direction, Contract Execution Direction, technical direction or site direction at prominent construction companies.
• Registration: Registration with the relevant professional body and full right to practice.
• In‑depth knowledge of Works Direction activities.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, AutoCAD, usBIM, BIM and PriMus.
• Experience with Project & Construction Management applications and site accounting.
