Reporting to the PMO Manager, he/she will be accountable for the end‑to‑end execution and responsible for the full customer relationship during job development, up to handover to the service department. At the same time, he/she will be accountable for scope of supply definition, budget/timing attainment and customer agreement during change order management.

Duties:
Define with assigned functional team member the best project time schedule.
Manage the day‑to‑day operational and tactical aspects of assigned projects to provide a quality outcome, on time and under budget.
Serve as primary interface with the customers, sales, quality, engineering and operations to identify and resolve technical, schedule and financial issues.
Review high‑level project deliverables based upon User Requirements and schedules, prioritizing them accordingly.
Prepare and present progress reports, schedule updates, project reviews and performance reports to the Director and Customers as required.
Develop risk mitigation plans to prevent overruns to budget and schedule.
Proactively identify and manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and devise contingency plans.
Provide financial data for projects (ETC) on a weekly basis.
Manage and exceed revenue/profit goals set for the project.
Recognize change order opportunities and execute them in a profitable and ethical way.
Keep stakeholders informed of all potential project risks for both the company and the customer, escalating to the Director level if required.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and peers.
Assist in the evaluation and redesign of project scope by engaging the appropriate subject matter experts in a timely and efficient manner.
Build a solid and constructive relationship with the customers during job execution.
Ensure project milestone achievement as per schedule to guarantee flawless cash collection.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering.
PMP certification is a plus.
