HalfPrice | Store Manager - Brescia (f/m)

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of the store, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational objectives.
• Define goals and priorities for the management team (Deputy Store Manager and Team Leaders).
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the management team, promoting their professional development.
• Make strategic decisions to improve sales, productivity, and customer experience.
• Analyze store KPIs, detect deviations, and implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal protocols.
• Manage the entire workforce, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Plan the necessary human and operational resources according to the store's workflow.
• Represent the store to company management, participating in meetings, and reporting results.
• Coordinate sales campaigns, visual merchandising changes, and product launches.
• Oversee the proper execution of all areas: customer service, cashier, stock, warehouse, visual merchandising, and maintenance.
• Ensure a positive work environment, fostering team motivation and cohesion.
• Effectively delegate responsibilities and monitor compliance.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role in the retail sector (minimum 3 years)
• Results-oriented approach
• Ability to analyze reports and recommend business support activities
• Highly developed organizational and planning skills
• Ability to adapt motivation, engagement, and development methods to the team
• Effective communication management and creation of an open and inclusive culture
• (+)Experience in the fashion sector, experience managing a store with a minimum area of 500 m² or more
