Sales Application Specialist Microbiology

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Sales Application Specialist Microbiology to support customer retention, product acceptance, and technical application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales and post‑sales activities including demonstrations, training on instrument operation and maintenance procedures, installation assistance, and field support.
• Work closely with regional/local teams to protect, maintain, and grow company business with a focus on installed base support.
• Communicate technical and clinical information, ensuring customers use instruments efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement of activities and processes to add value for customers and business.
• Monitor customer satisfaction targets and adjust priorities to enhance the experience.
• Manage existing accounts and exceed sales growth expectations for instruments and reagents.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biomedical or similar; Microbiology Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time, including overnight stays in Italy and abroad; driving license mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
