Linklaters is looking for a motivated and talented Associate to join its Corporate team in Milan.

Your Responsibilities

You will advise leading Italian and international clients throughout all stages of the company lifecycle. You will contribute to the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex corporate deals, as well as assist clients with their day‑to‑day governance and regulatory needs. As part of a large and truly global practice, teamwork is essential. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across our international offices.

Ideal Profile

  • Master’s degree in Law from an Italian university with a minimum grade of 110/110.
  • One to four years of post‑qualification experience in the corporate department of a top‑tier law firm.
  • Proven experience on Corporate and M&A matters.
  • A strong team player with excellent organisational and time‑management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
