Job Overview

Sales Assistant – OVS S.p.A. – Catania e provincia (Appartenente Categorie protette Art 1 L 68‑99). This role supports everyday retail operations, helping customers discover our collections and ensuring an engaging store experience.

Location: Catania and province.

Hours: at least 21 hours per week, scheduled in shifts.

Contract: initial temporary contract of six months.

Legal requirement: candidates must be registered in the “targeted placement list for disability” (Art. 1, Ref. L 68/99).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, helping them explore our product range.
• Set up the shop, applying visual merchandising guidelines.
• Replenish and curate product displays to maximize appeal.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Promote a customer‑oriented approach through deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in a comparable environment.
• Creative, sales‑focused mindset.
• Interest in fashion or fashion retail.
