IT HELP DESK SPECIALIST

As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will join the IT Service Desk Office, part of NHOA Corporate's Information System & Cyber Security department.

Tasks & Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking IT support via ticketing system, email, or phone;
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity;
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices;
• Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions;
• Find the best solution to the users' issues, providing them the most appropriate IT tools and guiding them through policies and best practices;
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and security improvements;
• Be up to date with new technologies, being proactive in identifying possible issues with upcoming company software and tools.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office business products, such as Sharepoint and OneDrive;
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team;
• Advanced knowledge of the English language, in order to communicate with colleagues all over the world;
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile devices;
• Basic Knowledge of networking.

Location

Hybrid remote and Offices Milan.
