Responsibilities

• Optimize sales of our assortment and manage store personnel.
• Assist the Store Manager in store operations and layout improvements.
• Coordinate shelves to maximize sales and review daily activities to improve customer experience and brand image.
• Schedule staff shifts, recruit new personnel, and answer questions from colleagues or customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma (diploma di scuola superiore).
• Experience in retail with supervisory responsibilities.
• Availability to work full‑time on 5–6 day shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Proactive, managerial approach with proven team motivation skills.
• Alignment with Action corporate culture: customer‑oriented, respectful, teamwork‑focused, disciplined, simple, and waste‑free.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ready to participate in 8‑week onboarding organized by Action.
