Warehouse Coordinator

Overview

Fueguia is a luxury brand specializing in the creation and production of perfumes. We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Milan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Manage international shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Support e-commerce operations and internal reporting.
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or shipping.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and shipment processes.
• Experience with hazardous materials (ADR) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Location: Milan

Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Full Time)
