We are currently seeking a dynamic and strongly motivated professional with a strong passion for SEO, digital marketing, and AI-driven technologies to join our Marketing team in Milan as SEO Specialist.
The SEO Specialist will execute and evolve SEO strategies and projects for our brand partners, becoming a key reference point for the SEO channel within The Level Group, with a strong focus on innovation, automation, and performance-driven growth.
Our ideal candidate combines an analytical mindset, hands‑on SEO expertise, and a strong curiosity for AI applications in search, content, and data analysis.
Support the management and execution of SEO projects end-to-end, including SEO analysis, technical optimization, content strategy, and link building, across international e-commerce websites
Contribute to and actively participate in AI-driven SEO projects, such as:
AI-supported keyword research and search intent analysis
Content optimization and generation workflows using AI tools
Automation of SEO audits, reporting, and monitoring processes
Monitor daily website performance using SEO and AI-based tools, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Analyze keyword performance, SERP dynamics, and search trends to identify growth opportunities and areas of underperformance
Analyze and monitor organic search traffic, identifying patterns, trends, and scalable growth opportunities through data-driven insights
Create clear and actionable SEO and performance reports, translating data into insights for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute SEO strategies across multiple languages and markets, ensuring alignment with business goals
Stay up to date with SEO evolution, Google algorithm updates, AI developments (e.g. Generative Search, Search Generative Experience, AI Overviews), and emerging best practices
At least 2 years of experience in SEO, with e‑commerce SEO experience considered a strong plus
Solid hands‑on knowledge of technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals)
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on SEO
Proven experience working with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Experience or strong interest in AI‑based tools for SEO, such as:
AI-powered keyword research and SERP analysis tools
AI-assisted content creation and optimization platforms
Automation tools for SEO monitoring, reporting, and data analysis
Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar LLMs) to support SEO analysis, content workflows, and problem‑solving (prompting skills are a plus)
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence working on data sets
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex SEO and performance topics to diverse stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and performance‑oriented environment
High attention to detail, combined with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset
Ability to work both independently and cross‑functionally within international teams
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus
