As an Account Manager – Health Segment, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening our business in North-East Italy, building valuable relationships within the healthcare sector and offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Giunti Psychometrics’ products and services within the Health segment.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose customized, high-value solutions.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage commercial negotiations and support clients throughout the entire sales process, engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, achieving assigned sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Continuously update commercial activities using the company CRM.
  • Monitor and identify new market trends.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market (public and private) and its purchasing processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in economics, scientific disciplines, or related fields.
  • 5–7 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the biomedical or healthcare services sector.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Proactivity, reliability, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Residence within the assigned area and willingness to travel locally.
  • Valid driving license (Category B).
  • Good command of English.
