Inside Sales - Service & Project Admin

Responsibilities

• Project admin activities (orders to supplier, invoicing to customers, etc), through SAP system
• Service admin activities (quote repair preparation, internal orders for spares, invoicing to customers, etc), through SAP system.
• Customer support, orders placed, availability of components, track customer's order.
• To elaborate and prepare specific statistics for the Service and Project manager.
• To have frequently communication with project suppliers

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in similar backgrounds is consider an advantage.
• Experience from companies based on admin / marketing activities, experience in a Maintenance Service is a plus
• SAP knowledge, usage is consider a PLUS for the position.
• Knowledge in Industrial technology
• English at the good level; Fluent Italian
• Tenacity, autonomy and personal organization and initiative
• Sense of internal and external commitment, sense of responsibility
