We are currently looking for a Stock Manager for our Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia.
Responsibilities
Acts as the point person for maintaining and supervising all the inbound/outbound merchandise as well as the maintenance and organization of all back of house stock and supply areas
Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service
Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place
Manage the stockroom organization in order to contribute to the store productivity, in accordance with the DG directives and procedures
In collaboration with the store management, be responsible for supporting the Sale Staff, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor and shortening the waiting time of the clients, training support on system and stockroom guideline to new stock keepers
Guarantee an effective people management of the Stock Staff: arrange and conduct monthly coaching sessions with his/her Staff to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback, handle the Corporate review process for the Stock Staff
Participate to daily store meetings to communicate current business trends, relevant updates and motivate the store employees to perform
Ensure replenishment is done systematically and accurately
Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles
Plan and undertake inventory operations, and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention and unknown mark-downs
Communicate on a daily basis with article rotation and propose remedial measures where necessary
Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, outgoing packages, both retail and non-retail
Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies
Respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, etc.
Be competent in cash procedures and operations and, if needed, provides support to the cashiers team
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Stockroom management and luxury retail.
