Financial Controller

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Controller , to support our finance reporting team in closing / reporting, financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting.

Reporting to the Financial Controlling Manager, the ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing financial processes and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Task and responsibilities :

• Assist in the month-end closing activities and in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget / forecast, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Maintain and update internal reporting tools, financial models and templates to enhance data visibility and efficiency.
• Participate in finance-related projects and initiatives for process optimization and automation.

Requirements :

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• 3years of relevant experience in financial reporting, or accounting; previous experience in auditing firm is considered a plus
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial processes. IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g SAP) and reporting or BI tools (e.g. Oracle PBCS / FCCS, Qlik).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
