This is a 6-month key role in providing essential services to manage project plans, escalate critical issues and risks, identify resource pinch points, manage dependencies within the program and interdependencies with other Rotork projects, and ensure that agreed business benefits are realized.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be part of creating and owning a detailed project plan and utilizing project management methods and standards within the program of work. You will monitor, track, and control project delivery, working with key stakeholders including project sponsors to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables. You will provide leadership by building and motivating local and global team members to support the implementation of changes.
This role is responsible for the successful implementation of critical customer experience changes on-site. In alignment with the Global Customer Service program team, the Local Project Improvement Lead will collaborate with functional leaders across Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, HR, and IT to deliver change initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a determined problem-solver who can work creatively and analytically, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. They will develop trusted adviser relationships with key global, regional, and local stakeholders, and own and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery and realization of benefits through strong KPI management.
