Process Control Specialist (PCS) / Logistics Analyst, European Central Flow Team (ECFT). You will be the primary escalation point for warehouses and the critical link between orders and Amazon Associates, ensuring seamless fulfilment operations across Fulfilment Centres (FCs) around the world.

You’ll drive Europe-wide workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management. Collaborating with FC partners, you’ll identify and rectify workflow variances and manage the journey of millions of customer orders from checkout to shipment. The onboarding process equips you with essential knowledge, and the matrix structure supports delivery, innovation, and growth. We’re seeking problem-solvers with a keen eye for optimization, meticulous attention to detail, and strong cross-functional communication. Key responsibilities

• Master Amazon\'s proprietary flow management tools and processes, serving as the go-to interface for FC operations.
• Innovate and implement metrics, analyze data to uncover optimization opportunities, and design scalable, standardized solutions.
• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships and translate complex concepts into accessible insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Own and influence critical performance indicators, including customer promise attainment, flow planning adherence, and site-specific KPIs.
• Teach peers and customers through knowledge-sharing initiatives, developing and delivering training programs to elevate team capabilities and operational excellence.

A day in the life

In our European Central Flow Team offices in Barcelona, you\'ll optimize operations in Fulfilment Centres across Europe. Here\'s what to expect:

• Start of Shift
  • Begin with a shift handover, understanding the current network status, forecasted volumes and capacities, and potential events impacting forecasts.
  • Catch up with on-site teams to align on priorities and review key metrics and operational highlights.
• Throughout Your Shift
  • Coordinate with operations teams across Europe in a collaborative environment.
  • Create data-driven plans using in-house tools.
  • Fine-tune staffing strategies to optimize workflow.
  • Lead real-time decisions to keep the network flowing smoothly.
  • Make strategic adjustments as new information arrives and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• End of Shift
  • Share insights and report key performance metrics, noting potential impacts on the upcoming shift.
  • Provide updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
