Humanoid Robotic Solution Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a Humanoid Robotic Solution Manager who will lead the full delivery of humanoid robot projects—from understanding customer requirements to installation, customization, and ongoing performance. This role ensures the robots work exactly as the client needs, both technically and operationally.

Job location - Dubai

Key Responsibilities

1. Understanding Client Needs & Planning Solutions
   • Understand what the client wants the robots to do and turn their ideas into clear technical requirements.
   • Plan how the robots will connect with the client’s systems, apps, and data.
   • Work with sales and delivery teams to check feasibility, cost, and ROI of the proposed solution.
2. Managing Robot Deployment & Integration
   • Oversee the full setup of humanoid robots at the client site.
   • Coordinate hardware installation, software customization, and system testing.
   • Lead the integration of special features such as movement sequences, voice/AI behavior, or multi-robot performances.
   • Work with external software partners when needed.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
   • Update clients regularly on progress, timelines, risks, and solutions.
   • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, hardware, software, support) to ensure smooth delivery.
   • Maintain documentation for integrations to support future upgrades and scaling.
4. Technical & Operational Ownership
   • Ensure robots operate smoothly after deployment and support troubleshooting.
   • Plan improvements and ensure long-term reliability of the robotic system.
   • Help build internal knowledge for recurring or complex integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in solutions delivery, system integration, or technical project management.
• Experience with robotics, automation, IoT systems, or multi-device deployments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and system integration.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML, conversational AI, sensors, or multi-robot coordination.
