Program Operation Specialist

BEC Italia is an international education agency specialized in the High School Exchange Program abroad.

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Program Operation Specialist to join our team in Milano's office.

Role Overview

The Program Operation Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of High School Exchange Programs.

The candidate will act as a key point of contact for students and families, supporting them throughout the entire exchange journey — from the initial application phase to the student's return home.

The role also involves ongoing communication with international partners and schools ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational coordination of outbound High School Exchange programs
• Daily communication with students, host families, schools, and international partners
• Students' application procedures and visa applications
• Support in managing documentation and administrative processes
• Monitoring ongoing programs and addressing any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with the team to improve operational procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role or in the cultural/educational exchange sector
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Italian
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
• Good command of digital tools (Office Suite, CRM platforms, etc.)
• Willingness to work on-site at our offices in Milan
