Isabel Marant is looking for a new part time (24 hours) Sales and Stylist Advisor for its store in Milan.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of our brand\'s image by providing a unique in store experience and personalized fashion styling advises
  • Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items
  • Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with the clients
  • Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times

Qualifications / Requirements

  • You have a proven successful 2 years’ experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or in Luxury Retail.
  • You have a perfect understanding of retail business KPIs
  • You have an excellent personal presentation
  • You are proactive and positive, a good team player with high level of motivation
  • You are passionate for customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets
  • You are focused on the client’s needs and experience, willing to build long-lasting relationships
  • You have excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients.
