YOUR MISSION 🚀

As our Applied Psychologist, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say:
“This didn’t just teach me, it changed me.”
Each cycle you lead will integrate:

• Protocols: guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action.
• Loops: adaptive, AI‑powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user.
• Personalization: experiences that feel uniquely theirs, every time.
• AI agents: specialized agents that enhance the student journey with actionable insights.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 😍

Experience:

• 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).
• Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end, with measurable results.
• Comfortable with AI tools, Figma, and designing digital learning experiences across video, written, assessments, and interactive assets.
• Portfolio of cinematic/narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.

Traits:

• Craft‑obsessed: doer mentality, bias for outcomes.
• Strong writing skills and editorial sense.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility.
• User and impact obsessed: outcome‑focused.
• Critical thinker: turn vague problems into clear hypotheses.
• Digital and AI savvy: build AI agents or quickly learn to apply.

Language:

• French: native.
• English: fluent conversation and written communication.
